Shipping, Refunds, and Exchanges (customer service)

Please unerstand that while some of our items are in stock and ready to ship, most are preorders. Note the ESTIMATED arrival time on each item. As with any preorder, delays can and do happen. We run holidays and seaon specific designs well in advance to prepare for potential delays. PLEASE NOTE: As of October 1, 2024 - should an order be delayed, STORE CREDIT will be available if requested by the customer. Refunds on prepoders will only be issued if a holiday specific item will not be arriving by the intended holiday, at which point refunds will be issued automatically. Please inspect all orders immediately upon receiving. If a return or exchange is needed, please notify us by email within 2 days of delivery. If a different size is needed and available, we will be happy to exchange upon receipt of the original item.
